Bring Your Products Into VAULT

VAULT is the shooting sports industry's centralized product database. By adding your products to VAULT, you ensure distributors and retailers across the industry have access to accurate, standardized, and complete product data.

The onboarding process is simple and designed to accommodate manufacturers with different levels of internal resources.

To get started, there are three decisions you will need to make.

Step 1: Determine How Many SKUs You Want to Add

Before beginning the onboarding process, identify the number of products you want to bring into VAULT.

Most manufacturers choose to start with one of the following approaches:

Full Catalog Upload
Bring your entire product catalog into VAULT so distributors and retailers always have access to your complete and current product data.

Priority Product Upload
Start with your most important products such as current year releases, top selling items, or products most frequently requested by distributors and dealers.

You will enter the number of SKUs during the signup process. Pricing is calculated on a per SKU basis. Additional products can be added overtime and paid for at the time of import.

Step 2: Choose Your Product Data Onboarding Option

VAULT offers flexible onboarding options depending on how you want to handle the initial product import.

Manufacturers can either upload product data themselves or have the VAULT team manage the process at a cost (See below).

Option 1: Self Service Upload

Your team prepares and uploads product data directly into VAULT using our standardized import templates.

This option is ideal for manufacturers that already maintain organized product data internally and want full control of the upload process.

Best for: Companies with structured product data and internal data management resources.

Option 2: Managed Import

The VAULT team handles the entire product data onboarding process.

Manufacturers provide their existing product materials, spreadsheets, or catalogs and the VAULT team prepares and loads the data into VAULT.

Best for: Companies that want the fastest and most hands off onboarding experience.

Step 3: Decide If You Want Professional Product Photography

High quality product imagery plays an important role in how products appear across distributor and retailer systems.

VAULT offers an optional product photography program through PVS Studios, the industry leader in shooting sports product photography.

Manufacturers can choose to include professional photography as part of their onboarding.

Professional Photography Includes

• Two professionally shot images for each SKU
• Studio quality lighting and consistent presentation
• Images optimized for distributor and retailer use
• Standardized visual presentation across your entire catalog

This option ensures every product in VAULT includes high quality imagery ready for immediate use by distributors and retailers.
